Delivery Policy

Craft Gardens offers several shipping options, which may or may not be subject to a fee, depending on the characteristics of the order, such as weight, total value and destination region.

Shipping costs are displayed at the time the order is placed, during the second step of the shopping cart checkout process, taking into account the following factors:

• Destination region

• Weight and/or total value of the order

• Selected shipping method

• Selection of value-added services (VAS)

Shipments are carried out via CTT, with destinations including Mainland Portugal, Madeira Island, Azores and Spain.

Order Shipping Process

Orders are dispatched according to the shipping method selected by the customer during checkout and only after payment has been successfully validated.

Orders may be shipped via CTT carriers.

Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking code, allowing them to monitor the delivery status.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping service or the timeframe indicated in the description of the chosen delivery method.
